Yield: Approximately ⅓ cup

This recipe is called “Punjabi raita aur lussi ka
masala” in Hindi

Ingredients:

¼ cup cumin seeds, dry-roasted and crudely ground
1 tablespoon black peppercorns, dry-roasted and crudely
ground
1 tablespoon crudely ground dried mint leaves
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Directions:

In a container, combine all the spices using a spoon. Put inside an airtight vessel and place the vessel in a cool,
dry place, for approximately thirty days at room temperature or
approximately one year in a fridge.
