Ingredients:
1 cup of whole, rinsed, and sorted beans and seeds of any type. 1 heavy dish towel
Directions:
Soak the beans overnight in water that is at least two inches deep.
Thoroughly drain, cover the container with a lid, then wrap it in a thick kitchen towel and store it in a warm kitchen area, such as a closet.
Inspect them at least once a day, and agitate them a little if you want. Always keep the beans just a little bit wet. The moisture level is ideal, and the beans should sprout in two to three days if there are little water droplets on the inside surface of the lid.
