- Place 1/2 cup of sieved flour in a nonstick skillet or pot.
- Roast over medium to low heat for about three minutes, or until it begins to turn golden and emit its smell. To prevent burning and lumping, stir consistently and shake the pan often.
- After allowing to cool, place in an airtight container and store in a cold, dark area for about seven days at room temperature or about thirty days in the refrigerator.
